Conservation
Starts With You
Trophy hunting contributes more to the conservation of wildlife in South Africa than any conservation fees or other tourism incentives.
Without hunting there would be no incentive for investing in game and many species in South Africa would already have vanished or be on the brink of extinction. Thanks to hunting, many species have been brought back from near extinction and been successfully reintroduced into areas where they have either gone extinct from or close to near extinction, now they are again thriving.
Look at African countries where hunting bans has been imposed, they are now struggling with severe poaching problems, animals going extinct as well as over population of wildlife which is leading to animals dying a slow, horrible hunger death.
By hunting with us, you contribute in a massive way by preserving all of this pristine wild for generations to come!
Divan van den Heever, owner of Vision Safaris
I have been an avid hunter since the age of 15 years old and I have a great passion for the African bush. In 2010 I got my professional hunters license. I did freelance work for several well known outfitters in South Africa. I also have my big five hunting license.
In 2020 myself and my wife decided to start our own outfit company, Vision Safaris, to serve the specific needs of our clients and to ensure that they have a true African hunting experience. We cater for families, biginner hunters and experienced hunters.

Lodge
Our primary hunting camp is based on the banks of the mighty Limpopo river. You will most likely be able to view various wildlife species like hippo, crocodile and baboons to name just a few. Enjoy to the wild in all its glory, while still enjoying the luxury of hearty traditional meals, warm showers and lovely bonfires at night while we spend time with you.
From where you stand at the lodge you will also be able to see right into Botswana across the river.
Depending on our clients needs we may use one of the other camps based in Limpopo to ensure the best chance of getting your desired trophy animals.
